Crime Scene Connection My Review

About the book

Her writing was fiction,

until a killer made the danger very real…

A serial killer’s imitating crime scenes from Addison Keller’s bestselling novel, determined to make her the final victim. But with former police officer Jace Montana and his dog at her side, Addison might just be able to unmask the murderer. With time running out as the killer closes in, she must confront her past and unravel long-buried secrets…and hope they can all escape with their lives.

From Harlequin Love Inspired Suspense: Courage. Danger. Faith.

And I thought

My favorite kind of read.

Checked All the boxes for a 5 Star read!

Making Crime Scene Connection the best book I have read this year (so far).

Beginning right with the title that expertly played into the plot and the questions about just what the heck was going on!

The main character Addison found herself actually living out the book she had penned.

Only prob was said book was filled with murder!

As Addison discovers a killer expertly using her story as a 'Playbook' for his version of the killing spree.

And setting Addison up!

Author Deena Alexander pulls the reader in from page 1 as Addison begins to run for her life.

Litterally right into the arms of ex cop Jace Montana (love the name btw) who claims to be her assigned protector.

As the reader along with Allison questions Jace, herself, law enforcement , and an abusive ex a cat and mouse game is set.

All the while the police consider Allison their main suspect.

I really enjoyed the plot(s).

I also enjoyed the main character Addison is an author.

As confused and scared as she is Addison is a strong and savvy character.

The writer developes a strong male lead in Jace that is strong, honest and capable.

I loved my introduction to author Deena Alexander and look forward to reading more.
