Honey Roasted by

About the book

Clare Cosi is busy as a bee planning her honeymoon when murder buzzes into the Village Blend in this all-new mystery in the beloved New York Times bestselling Coffeehouse series by Cleo Coyle.

While struggling to find a romantic (and affordable) destination for her upcoming honeymoon, coffeehouse manager Clare Cosi whips up a honey of a drink made from honey-processed coffee. Clare plans to serve her outstanding new Honey-Cinnamon Latte at her spring wedding to her longtime honey, NYPD detective Mike Quinn. The culinary world is also abuzz about the amazing honey that Clare was lucky enough to source for her shop’s new latte. Produced by Madame’s old friend “Queen” Bea Hastings, the rare, prize-winning nectar from Bea’s rooftop hives commands a premium price, and top chefs compete for a chance to use it in their signature seasonal dishes.

And I thought

It was so good I am sorry I missed the previous books in this series!

I am just tickled that Cleo Coyle is the peusdonym for a husband and wife writer team of  Alice Alfonsi, writing in  her husband, Marc Cerasini.  And aren't they cute!

Almost as cute as that cover that drew me in.  I definitely would pick this one up.  Turn to the back cover and put in my shopping cart!

This is a great cozy filled with some really good characters.

I enjoyed the beginning.  Clare's  interaction with her ex husband-  business partner was a new concept for me in cozies and I liked it.  I mean who has a successful business association with their ex?

Clare's got some guts!

I enjoyed  looking for possible clues in the great cover.

Now my TBR/wish list is full.
I have alot to catch up on!

This is a great stand alone read but I caution you . . .
. . . you'll want to read them all!
Honey Roasted is book 19 in the series!

I love that the authors include fun recipes.

I received a complimentary copy.
My review will appear on retail sites and Good Reads.
