Valona Jones is the author of The Book and Candle Shop Mysteries which take place in Savannah, Georgia. Valona worked as a scientist for many years, and then she accidentally became a freelance reporter for a weekly paper, all the while stories in her head demanded to be written. A multi-year finalist for Georgia Author of the Year, she’s won three Silver Falchions, two different Readers’ Choice awards, and the EPIC Award writing as Maggie Toussaint.
