This is a 'new to me author.  I am glad for the opportunity to read this advanced copy provided by Net Galley and Harlequin. 

From page one I was turning the pages. 

The story begins in a dramatic situation  that turns into a life and death situation for the main character Coulter/Colt. 

Adding Romance to the Suspense it's his ex that he has to go to for a chance at saving his life. 

I was really enjoying the pages but for some reason when Marena's brother, her father and Colt's mom and grandfather are woven into the story I just felt Joy. 

I enjoyed all the characters. 

I enjoyed the plot. 

And the Happy ending. 

I will certainly be following author of Lisa Dod.

This great series is set in a really real town. 

A Night To Remember book 2 in the series was Eve better than book 1. 

The suspenseful story is a page turner that kept me up at night till I finished it!   

The twists and turns kept me on the edge of my seat!  

The Pelfrys have created fun and interesting characters along with a story that is Warm and Cozy. 

I can't wait to visit Adairsville again!

And I thought 

The cover got my attention!  I was happy to be on the Great Escapes Book Tour! 

The Ranch setting is a favorite of mine.  And I was curious how Callie could manage taking her dog and cat on the adventure. 

Callie got this readers attention at page 1.  I have been in her shoes boots several times riding a few uncooperative trail horses!  

I suspect author Lori Roberts Herbst has worn a few boots herself.  After all she is a Texan.   Either she's been around a barn or two or she is good at research.  

The Dude Ranch/Spa (odd concept but kinda works in Colorado) story line is masterfully presented. 

Like the reluctant Callie (she wasn't too into the Pi , palm reader) the charm of the setting kinda of grew on me.   

I enjoyed the opportunity to join Callie's friends and her mom.  It was fun to have them all together.  If you haven't read the previous books put them on your wishlist.  But you don't have to really read them in order.    

I enjoyed each turn off the page.  Even though Callie planned a fun Bridal Shower week if course murder always plays along.  Callie and her detective friend Lynn follow the clues until the crime is solved.   

I can't wait for the next one. 

Just sayin' I didn't do much like the wimpy ranch hand.  I like my Cowboys honest, and real.  

My question about how she managed to take Woody and Charly along was answered . . . Her mom played sitter. 

You'll have to read and see how you feel about spending time at Moon Glow Ranch.
